At Forza Soccer Academy, we emphasize mental resilience, teamwork, and a positive attitude while instilling core values that extend beyond the soccer field. Our professionally coached sessions focus on developing technical skills and tactical understanding through our player-centric philosophy. We foster a love for the game, promoting growth both on and off the pitch, with teamwork, discipline, and resilience as cornerstones of personal development.

U13 Program

Primary Focus: In this stage, we emphasize training players to compete at the highest standards while prioritizing skill acquisition, particularly honing dribbling, passing, receiving, and striking abilities, all within the context and complexity of game-based environments. We maintain a strong emphasis on training ethic and discipline during each session.

Soccer takes center stage at this level, complemented by encouragement to participate in sports like Track and Field, which enhance movement and athleticism suited to soccer. Players are introduced to both attacking and defending principles through small-sided games, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Our distinctive player-centered approach ensures the learning process is engaging and enjoyable. Led by coaches with extensive playing experience—from U-Sport (CIS) to Semi-Professional and Professional levels—and a deep understanding of skill development and emotional intelligence, this program empowers players to excel.

U15 Program

Primary Focus: Players already possess a solid foundation of technical skills (dribbling, passing, receiving, striking the ball, etc.), shifting the main focus to team-based complexities.

At this stage, soccer becomes the primary focus, preparing players to meet the highestcompetitive standards. Training emphasizes key psychosocial attributes such as commitment, hard work, resilience, drive, competitiveness, focus, self-control, and self-awareness, fostering these emotional competencies through rigorous practice. Athletes are consistently challenged with advanced principles of play, including unit-based defending and attacking, positional awareness, and participation in competitive, meaningful matches. These experiences are designed to deepen their understanding of the game and elevate their overall performance.

U17/U19 Program

Primary Focus: Athletes in this stage are dedicated to refining their soccer skills within various competitive conditions, specifically in an 11v11 competitive game format. The training environment’s expectations and demands have heightened significantly to thoroughly prepare athletes for University and College programs.

Players will engage with advanced principles of play and intricate tactical concepts, with a strong focus on defending and attacking strategies across different thirds and channels of the field. Positional awareness is a key emphasis, and competitive, meaningful matches form the foundation of the program, offering invaluable experience. As players refine their position-specific skills, they are coached to develop a deeper understanding of the game through the Forza lens, enhancing their Soccer IQ. Our player-centered approach fosters learning and growth while emphasizing essential psychosocial attributes such as commitment, hard work, resilience, drive, competitiveness, focus, self-control, and self-awareness.
